At Atlas CrossFit we believe that everyone is an athlete and deserves to train like one. Not every athlete trains the same way, which is why we focus on offering an incomparable amount of variety in our programming at our two locations.

CrossFit WOD
All Crossfit workouts are based on functional movements performed at a high intensity. A CrossFit class starts with a warm-up, followed by strength/skill work, and ending with a short but intense MetCon, referred to as the WOD (workout of the day).

Olympic Lifting
This class focuses on the three fundamental Olympic movements: Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. You will learn advanced techniques to improve your lifts, as even the smallest mechanical adjustments can lead to impressive gains.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics is formatted similarly to a typical WOD, in that it begins with strength or skill work, eventually progressing to a grueling MetCon. However, the class is focused on the many Gymnastics elements of CrossFit, from handstand walks to muscle ups.

Open Box
We offer more open gym hours than any other CrossFit gym in the city. There is a separate dedicated lifting space that can be used while we have classes going on. We are always open from the start of our first class until the end of our last class, so the entire facility can be used for open gym when classes are not going on.

HIIT
HIIT is an exercise strategy that alternates between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, as well as improved glucose metabolism. We offer a variety of HIIT classes on our Performance side of the gym.

Nutrition
Our focus at Atlas is to help our clients become stronger, healthier individuals. No matter how much you exercise, you cannot achieve optimal overall health without proper nutrition, which is why we offer nutrition coaching to our clients.
