I’m feeling very defeated right now. I never thought it would be this tough. I’m running out of steam, and motivation for this project. Despite weighing in at 209 lbs now, I’m not doing any of the things I know I need to do to keep improving. I’m not writing down my food anymore, I’m not keeping my fridge well stocked all the time, I’m not preparing meals ahead of time so I don’t have to rush and buy food somewhere, my internal drive is just fading. Getting enough calories without having grains is so damn hard!
