The CrossFit dietary prescription is as follows: Meats, Nuts, Seeds, Vegetables, Some Fruit, Little Starch and No Sugar. We know that the average person – athlete, even – does not follow this regimen, so we’d like to help you implement better nutrition into your diet. Atlas offers three different sessions or packages to get you started:

Private Body Assessment Package: $50
During this one-hour private session, you’ll meet with a coach to weigh in, have your body measurements taken and body fat calculated. You’ll also spend time discussing and setting fitness goals and devising a plan to reach them. A brief introduction to Paleo and Zone diets will be covered in this session, including how it can be applied to specific goals and training regimen.
Nutritional Coaching: $199 initial/$99 monthly
This service is perfect for athletes who are looking for a detailed nutritional guidance and a personalized nutrition prescription with specific goals of: weight loss, increased performance or improvement in metabolic factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol or insulin sensitivity. With a coach, you will meet for 60-90 minutes to discuss current eating habits, goals, and roadblocks to nutritional success. You will receive a personalized monthly eating plan specific to your goals and unlimited email support to keep you on track and motivated! Nutritional prescriptions will change monthly based on results and progress. Blood work and a 3-day food log is required before any initial nutritional consultation. This service requires a 3 month commitment.
Kitchen Sweep: $75 an hour (time required is case-by-case basis)
We’ll come to your house for this eye-opening experience. With your Kitchen Sweep coach, you’ll discuss what foods you should have on hand at all times and what foods you should remove from your pantry, freezer and fridge*. You will also receive a personalized Paleo/Zone consultation and can choose to take a trip to the grocery store with your coach to learn how to properly shop and make better food choices.*All unused food will be donated.
